Meet Jordan

Jordan Brooks, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, has a deep passion for community service and helping others, rooted in his own experiences with homelessness during his adolescence. Finding solace in God and music, he began playing the drums at nine years old. By the age of 32, Jordan had become an accomplished drummer and piano player, performing for various local churches, worship leaders, and artists both within his community and internationally.

Today, Jordan is a devoted husband and father, as well as a musician, audio engineer, stage manager, and event planner. He is also the founder and executive director of The JoBro Foundation, a nonprofit organization based in Cincinnati.

Since its launch in 2018, The JoBro Foundation has been dedicated to supporting the homeless, underserved, and those struggling with substance dependency. The organization has provided meals, groceries, toiletries, blankets, clothing, and more to over 10,000 people in the Cincinnati tri-state area. This has been achieved through monthly dinners, grocery pickups from Whole Foods Market, a pop-up food pantry in collaboration with Freestore Foodbank and Master Provisions, and partnerships with other organizations and ministries.

The JoBro Foundation’s mission is to empower and uplift the underserved, restoring hope and dignity to those impacted by homelessness and substance dependency through compassionate provision of essential resources.
